The reason for the termination of the contract is that Ms. Tr. did not fulfill her obligation to pay the rent on time as committed in Contract No. 03/2023/HD-UBND dated January 18, 2023. Although Ward 10 People's Committee has issued 4 reminders and extended the deadline until May 28, 2025, Ms. Tr. has not yet corrected the violation.
Based on the contract and related terms, Ward 10 People's Committee decided to unilaterally terminate the contract from the date Ms. Tr. received the notice. At the same time, Ms. Tr. was required to fulfill the remaining obligations, including: Paying the rental fee from January 18, 2025 to May 28, 2025 with a provisional amount of VND 1,184 billion; cleaning and restoring the current status of 4 parking lots; paying for additional costs such as electricity, water, and sanitation.
The announcement of Ward 10 People's Committee clearly stated: If the above requirements are not implemented, Ms. Tr. will be responsible for any damages arising according to the provisions of the contract and current laws. In case of disputes, the parties have the right to file a lawsuit at the competent People's Court.
