Da Nang has the latest regulations, giving bonuses to those who hand over premises before deadline.

Accordingly, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Le Quang Nam has just signed to issue new regulations on compensation and resettlement support when land is recovered.

In which, the policy of rewarding people who hand over the land before the deadline is up to 150 million VND/plot of land. The time limit for considering the reward is calculated from the date of issuance of the notice of receiving one-time compensation from the 1st to the end of the 45th day. The reward level is determined according to the handover time.

Specifically, from the 1st to the 15th day, for land plots with houses, constructions, and architectural objects that must be dismantled or relocated, support will be equal to 5% of the compensation value for damage to houses, constructions, and architectural objects, but not exceeding 150 million VND/land plot.

For land plots without houses, constructions, structures that must be dismantled or relocated, and agricultural land, support is equal to 5% of the land compensation value, but not exceeding 50 million VND/plot.

From the 16th to the 30th day, for land plots with houses, constructions, and architectural objects that must be dismantled or relocated, support will be equal to 4% of the compensation value for damage to houses, constructions, and architectural objects, but not exceeding 100 million VND/land plot.

For land plots without houses, constructions, structures that must be dismantled or relocated, and agricultural land, support is equal to 4% of the land compensation value, but not exceeding 35 million VND/plot.

Within the period from the 31st day to the 45th day: For land plots with houses, constructions, and architectural objects that must be dismantled or relocated, support will be equal to 3% of the compensation value. Damage to houses, buildings, and structures, but not exceeding 50 million VND/plot of land.

For land plots without houses, constructions, structures that must be dismantled or relocated, and agricultural land, support is equal to 3% of the land compensation value, but not exceeding 20 million VND/plot.

Da Nang also regulates the level of housing rental support for households while waiting for resettlement. The condition for this policy to apply is that people must have permanent residence in the resettlement area.

For people whose entire land plot is recovered, while waiting for resettlement, they will be arranged to live in temporary housing, rent state-owned apartments, or receive housing rental support with different levels of support.

Specifically, for cases with 6 people or less, the support is in cash at the rate of 270kg of rice per month. For cases with more than 6 people, the support is in cash for each additional person at the rate of 25kg of rice per person per month.

When people whose residential land is recovered receive actual resettlement land, they will be supported with an additional 6 months of house rent during the house construction period.
