Over the past years, the work of developing party members in general and ethnic minority areas in particular has always been focused on by the Da Teh District Party Committee in terms of both quantity and quality. Thereby, raising awareness and consciousness of the majority of party members, the masses and the people, actively participating in economic and social development, contributing to maintaining political security in the area.

In order to drastically and synchronously implement the work of developing party members, the Standing Committee of Da Teh District Party Committee has specifically determined the targets for admitting party members every year and for the entire term in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 9th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025, Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee.
At the same time, direct the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee to assign annual targets for recruiting party members to grassroots party organizations; guide the implementation of survey steps, develop plans to create sources and develop party members; organize a seminar on "Promoting the work of creating sources for recruiting party members in villages and residential groups and the work of reviewing and screening party members who are no longer qualified to leave the Party". Through the seminar, solutions and good practices were proposed for the work of creating sources and developing party members, especially party members in village party cells, residential groups, ethnic minorities, students, business owners, workers, and laborers, thereby contributing to the completion of the annual and term-long party recruitment targets according to the program, plan and resolution.
Most recently, on August 9, 2024, the Party Committee of Da Pal commune solemnly held a Party admission ceremony for two outstanding people in the area. That is the case of Mr. K'Hien, born in 1991, Ma ethnic group, currently Head of the Front Work Committee of Ton K'Long village and Mr. Kra Jan K'Phoi, born in 1995, M'Nong ethnic group, currently Head of the Farmers' Association of Ton K'Long village.
During their time living and working in the locality, both K'Hiên and Kră Jăn K'Phội have always been members with a firm ideological stance, believing in the Party's leadership, strictly implementing all policies and guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State; having a healthy, friendly and sociable lifestyle with everyone; actively participating in activities of the locality's unions and associations. Therefore, the Party committees at all levels of Da Pal commune unanimously agreed and highly appreciated them; at the same time, proposed that the Standing Committee of the Da Teh District Party Committee consider admitting the two members into the Party.
Comrade Hoang Van Quynh - Head of the Organizing Committee of Da Teh District Party Committee said that from 2021 to now, Da Teh District Party Committee has organized the admission of 176 new party members. Specifically, in 2021, 52 party members were admitted, of which 5 were ethnic minority party members; in 2022, 55 party members were admitted, of which 11 were ethnic minority party members; in 2023, 72 party members were admitted, of which 20 were ethnic minority party members; in 2024, 53 party members were admitted, of which 22 were ethnic minority party members.
The number of ethnic minority Party members admitted each year is always higher than the previous year, with guaranteed quality. After admission, Party members have promoted their pioneering and exemplary roles, practicing what they preach, and truly becoming core members at the grassroots level. Also thanks to the good work of developing ethnic minority Party members, the number of Party cells in villages and hamlets, especially in remote areas, with Party committees has continuously increased.
According to comrade Hoang Van Quynh, implementing the directive documents of the Central, Provincial, District Party Committees and instructions of the District Party Committee's Organization Board, the Party Committees and Party cells have developed plans to create sources for developing new Party members every year and for the entire term; assigned Party member admission targets to each Party organization with specific addresses; at the same time, directed the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to introduce outstanding union members and members with achievements, exemplary in the movement, and prestige among the people to foster, create sources, and develop Party members; assigned comrades at the local Party Committee level to urge and guide Party cells in discovering, nurturing, and helping outstanding masses strive to join the Party...
In particular, Da Teh District Party Committee pays special attention to the work of developing party members among ethnic minorities, students, workers and laborers. Improving the quality of party membership admission, the admission of party members must ensure the correct standards, processes, procedures and conditions according to regulations. Admitted party members must be truly outstanding people, with good political qualities, pure morality, trained and tested in practice, have correct and complete awareness of the Party and resolutely review, screen and remove unqualified party members from the Party, contributing to improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of cadres and party members.
With flexible and creative methods, the Party development work for ethnic minorities in Da Teh district has brought positive results.
