Van Don Special Zone launched a general environmental cleaning campaign to ensure urban order in the area.

On November 15, the People's Committee of Van Don Special Economic Zone coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Special Economic Zone to organize a general environmental sanitation campaign in the area, restore urban order and respond to the movement "All people join hands to improve the quality of urban areas and residential areas".

The launching ceremony was attended by comrades: Cao Tuong Huy, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the special zone; along with leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of the special zone; specialized departments and offices; armed forces; socio- political organizations; environmental service enterprises and a large number of people from residential areas in the area.

Comrade Cao Tuong Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Special Zone People's Council, directed the forces to improve the landscape and ensure urban order.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the participating forces carried out general cleaning on many roads, residential areas and public places; collected garbage, cleared bushes, landscaped the landscape, and ensured urban order. Environmental units arranged vehicles and machines to collect garbage; villages and residential areas mobilized people to participate simultaneously.
