On the morning of July 8, the National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province (unit No. 2), including: Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Mr. Luong Quoc Doan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, had a meeting with voters after the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, at the Hall of the People's Committee of Cho Moi commune.

At the meeting, voters were excited and thanked the National Assembly for having many policies to support the people and develop the country, such as: Exempting tuition fees for students, reducing the social protection age for the elderly to 75 years old... At the same time, they reflected: An Giang mainly produces agriculture , however, the situation of "good harvest, low price" still recurs, vegetable and fruit production is mostly at a loss, people are worried and not confident in production; requesting the Party and State to orient crops and livestock towards export, planning production areas, raw material areas, supporting output... so that farmers can feel secure in production. Voters requested that the locality pay attention to arranging for people in landslide areas to move to residential areas to stabilize their lives...

At the meeting, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation reported on the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly and listened to voters' thoughts and aspirations. Representatives of local authorities and relevant agencies answered voters' opinions and recommendations. Issues beyond the authority of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation were noted and will be forwarded to relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.
