Attending and directing the Congress were Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Vice President of the Lam Dong Provincial Women's Union; Mr. Nguyen Vuong Tuyen, Standing Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune; along with leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; representatives from various departments, agencies, and organizations; and 100 outstanding delegates representing 1,334 women members in the area.

The Ninh Gia Commune Women's Union currently has 9 branches with a total of 1,334 members.

With the motto "Wherever there are women, there are women's association activities," the Women's Union of the commune has continuously innovated its content and methods of operation over the years.

Diverse emulation movements were organized, attracting a large number of women to participate, creating conditions for members to help each other develop economically and actively participate in building new rural areas.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Vice President of the Lam Dong Provincial Women's Union, delivered a speech guiding the Congress.

Thanks to its dynamic and creative spirit, the Women's Union's activities have effectively contributed to achieving socio-economic development goals, strengthening national defense and security, and building a strong political system. Every year, the Ninh Gia Commune Women's Union is evaluated by the Provincial and District Women's Unions and the Commune Party Committee as having excellently fulfilled its nhiệm vụ (tasks/duties).

Comrade Nguyen Vuong Tuyen, Standing Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune, delivered a speech at the Congress.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Congress unanimously agreed on 6 groups of targets, 2 breakthroughs, 5 tasks, and 3 groups of key solutions.

In her directive speech, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao acknowledged and praised the Union's achievements and requested that it continue to implement six more key tasks; proactively adapt to the new organizational model, ensuring stable and effective operation; and at the same time, adhere to the motto "Commune has a firm grasp of its members, branch understands women" to effectively implement targets and emulation movements.

The An Farm Da Lat Charity Fund donated a water filtration system worth 100 million VND to Hiep Thuan Primary School in Ninh Gia commune.

The Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union also emphasized the need to promote activities supporting women's economic development, innovative entrepreneurship, and the establishment of cooperative groups and cooperatives led by women.

The Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term was introduced at the Congress.

The congress elected the Executive Committee of the Ninh Gia Commune Women's Union for the 12th term, consisting of 12 members. Ms. Pham Thi Xuan was elected as the President of the Ninh Gia Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.
