Thanks to its dynamic and creative spirit, the activities of the Association have contributed to effectively implementing the goals of socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security, and building a strong political system. Every year, the Ninh Gia Commune Women's Union is assessed by the Provincial and District Women's Unions and the Commune Party Committee as having excellently completed its tasks.

In her speech, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Union and proposed to continue implementing 6 more key tasks; proactively adapting to the new organizational model, ensuring stable and effective operations; at the same time, closely following the motto "The commune firmly grasps the members, the branch understands women" to effectively implement the targets and emulation movements.

An Farm Da Lat Charity Fund presented Hiep Thuan Primary School in Ninh Gia commune with a water filtration system worth 100 million VND.

The Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term was introduced to the Congress

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Ninh Gia Commune Women's Union, term XII, consisting of 12 comrades. Comrade Pham Thi Xuan was elected to hold the position of President of the Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.
