Speaking at the Festival, General Luong Tam Quang affirmed that the achievements and results of economic - cultural - social development in Van Nham commune; the spirit of sharing, supporting and helping each other in times of hardship and misfortune, especially during the recent floods, of the people deeply demonstrate the strength of great national unity, continuing to be the source of strength to bring Van Nham, Lang Son in particular, and our country in general to develop strongly in the coming time.
