Through that, "overseas Vietnamese, no matter where they are, can return to their roots in the most convenient way and have equal access to the country's resources", joining hands to develop the country, the Prime Minister shared.
Instructing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy to continue to do a good job in protecting citizens, especially when people encounter difficulties and need support, the Prime Minister asked people to unite, share, promote patriotism, national pride, build a strong and developing community, preserve and promote the national cultural identity and Vietnamese language; strive to study, work well, take advantage of learning to contribute to the country's development...; and hope that the Vietnamese Association in Algeria will soon be established.
