After directly inspecting the work of the combat readiness force, the quality and progress of the construction of the Regimental Command Headquarters Project, and listening to the unit commander's report on the results of the implementation of tasks from the beginning of 2024 to the present, General Phan Van Giang commended the results and achievements of the unit in the past time; at the same time, he requested the 209th Regiment to continue to strictly maintain the training routine, combat readiness force, and practice the plans proficiently, especially during the holidays; organize training with the right content and program for the subjects; strictly organize the physical training and sports regime to improve the endurance, flexibility and mobility of the troops.

General Phan Van Giang also requested that the staff and commanders at all levels in the unit need to closely follow the grassroots, constantly study and improve their qualifications in all aspects, each staff member is a shining example for the staff and soldiers in the unit to learn from and follow. Regarding the projects and works that the unit is implementing, General Phan Van Giang gave some instructions, including noting that investors, construction units, and designers coordinate to edit items, ensure quality, aesthetics, and put them into use with the highest efficiency; consider and calculate carefully when planning and implementing new construction projects, try to make the most of works that are still in good use, and avoid wasting the budget.

Regarding the recommendations and proposals of Division 312 and Regiment 209, General Phan Van Giang directly concluded a number of contents, assigned the relevant agencies to synthesize, research, and propose solutions in accordance with regulations.
