Dak Lak: Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet inspects the Public Administration Service Center of Ea Kao ward

On the afternoon of October 22, Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet and his delegation visited and inspected the activities of the Ea Kao Ward Public Administration Service Center.

At the meeting, Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet acknowledged the efforts of Ea Kao ward in investing in infrastructure, arranging spacious and modern working space, meeting the requirements of serving people and organizations. The center is fully equipped with computers, equipment for processing and storing records, surveillance camera system, instruction boards, reception and result return counters are arranged scientifically , convenient for citizens to come and do transactions.

Ea Kao Ward is one of the pioneers in applying artificial intelligence (AI) to support people in performing public services. The locality has widely deployed the "Dak Lak Number" application, guiding people to create QR codes in the land sector to help quickly look up forms and administrative record status. These solutions contribute to improving the efficiency of handling procedures, reducing waiting time, and increasing people's satisfaction.

Thanks to the application of synchronous information technology, the rate of administrative procedure records at the Center being received, processed and returned on time or before the deadline reached 99.76%, among the units with the highest rate in the area.

Speaking at the inspection session, Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet highly appreciated the proactive and creative spirit of the Party Committee, government and staff of Ea Kao ward in operating the model of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center.

The Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that promoting the application of information technology and gradually digitizing the document processing process is the right direction, contributing to building a serving government that puts people at the center.

Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested Ea Kao ward to continue to improve its information technology infrastructure, invest in additional necessary equipment, and regularly train the skills and improve the service attitude of its staff and civil servants. "People's satisfaction should be considered a measure of the Center's operational efficiency," the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.

On this occasion, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet visited, encouraged and presented gifts to officials and civil servants working at the Ea Kao Ward Public Administration Service Center.

Also on the afternoon of October 22, Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet visited the Hoa Phu Commune Public Administration Service Center.
