They are Major Hoang Van Tho, mass mobilization officer, Ia Rve Border Guard Station (Border Guard Command, Provincial Military Command); Mr. Le Van Hao, History teacher and Head of the Youth Union at Chu Van An Primary and Secondary School, Ia Rve Commune; Mr. Kieu Quang Tuyen, Head of the Youth Union at Nguyen Dinh Chieu Primary School, Ia Rve Commune.

The selected individuals are currently teachers working at schools in remote, isolated, border areas with many socio -economic difficulties; the "green uniform teachers" are officers and soldiers of the Border Guard participating in literacy and teaching children and people in border areas.
With more than 15 years of experience in the profession, Mr. Le Van Hao has always strived to innovate teaching methods and teaching organization. Not only is he a knowledge transmitter, he is also a "bridge" mobilizing organizations and individuals to support hundreds of gifts and scholarships for poor students to overcome difficulties. For many years, his students have won prizes in district and provincial competitions for excellent students; his innovative experiences have been highly appreciated by the district-level Science Council and applied in teaching practice.

As for Mr. Kieu Quang Tuyen, working in an area with many difficulties, he always struggles to find ways to innovate, apply flexible methods, focus on developing critical thinking, and arouse students' interest in learning through extracurricular activities, games and creative experiences. He also initiated many meaningful activities such as "Helping friends go to school", "Two friends progress together", "White shirts for friends", "Warm clothes for children", helping 80-90 students each year have more conditions to continue studying, nurturing their dream of going to school.

As for Major Hoang Van Tho, the “teacher in green uniform” of Ia Rve Border Guard Station, he always clearly identifies the dual task of firmly protecting the national border security and sovereignty, while working with the people to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty and improve people’s knowledge. Directly participating in teaching at literacy classes, he not only brings literacy to people in remote border areas, but also incorporates propaganda about territorial sovereignty, the National Border Law and the spirit of civic responsibility in building and protecting the Fatherland.
The program “Sharing with teachers” is an annual activity to encourage and motivate teachers in remote areas, ethnic minority areas, and border areas; to give teachers more strength to overcome all challenges, constantly seek to create the most effective teaching methods, contributing to creating new generations of Vietnamese people, contributing to the development of the country.
