Dak Nong forecasts per capita income in 2025 to reach 85 million VND

According to the forecast of the functional sector, in 2025, the average income per capita of Dak Nong province is estimated to reach 85 million VND, 1.77 times higher than the period 2016 - 2020.

To achieve this result, the province is focusing on developing industry, trade - services and agriculture in a sustainable manner. Dak Nong promotes the application of high technology in agricultural production, transforming the crop structure towards increasing value and ensuring raw materials for the processing industry.

Poverty reduction programs and production loan support programs have been implemented by the province to each household, contributing to job creation, income increase, and life improvement. The income of officials, civil servants, and public employees has also been improved thanks to a 30% increase in basic salary from July 1, 2024.

Currently, laborers in the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector account for 73% of the total labor force in the province. In the context of agricultural product prices remaining high, people's lives continue to improve significantly.
