Ensure that all union members enjoy benefits from welfare programs.

According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, in recent years, trade unions at all levels in the province have promoted activities to care for the welfare of union members.

Notably, recently, in August 2024, the Nha Trang City Labor Federation and the Khanh Hoa Provincial Bar Association's Legal Consulting Center signed a welfare program for the period 2024-2029 with the content of establishing a free legal consulting team to support Nha Trang Trade Union members, coordinating propaganda to raise awareness and protect the legitimate rights of union members.

Previously, in June 2024, the Nha Trang City Labor Federation also successfully negotiated a union welfare agreement with Ba Ho Company Limited. With preferential terms for Nha Trang union members with a union membership card or a certificate from the grassroots union, union members will receive a 30% discount on sightseeing tickets and overnight stays; a 25% discount on day-trip accommodation services and a 20% discount on camping tent services, along with many other incentives...

Recently, a health care welfare program with preferential medical examination package for 11,000 union members was also signed by the Nha Trang City Labor Federation.

According to the leader of Nha Trang City Labor Federation, these are 3 out of 4 welfare programs that the Union has proactively sought to bring benefits to a large number of union members in 2024. Along with the welfare programs being implemented, each year nearly 14,700 union members in the province will enjoy at least one benefit that the Union brings from the welfare programs.
