Notably, within the framework of the State visit to Kazakhstan, General Secretary To Lam , his wife Ngo Phuong Ly and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev attended the program.
People's Artist Quoc Hung said that both countries have selected excellent artists to participate in the program. The Vietnamese delegation consists of artists from the Vietnam National Academy of Music, teachers, famous artists of the country's art scene and young talents.
On the Kazakhstan side, 110 artists participated, the core of which were artists from the Orchestra (30 people) and Choir (80 people) of the Astana National Opera and Ballet Theatre. The two soloists were Meritorious Artist Oksana Davydenko (mezzo-soprano) and Meritorious Artist Talgat Musabaev (baritone).

Most notably, the program also features the participation of world- famous artist, known as the “international superstar”, the pride of Kazakhstan - Dimash Qudaibergen. Dimash possesses a rare voice in the world with a very wide range of 6 to 7 octaves and can sing in 13 different languages.
The overall script is in charge of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Associate Professor, Dr. Ta Quang Dong.
In the concert, Meritorious Artist Bui Le Chi performed a solo piece on the monochord with the national orchestra called "Dialogue" by composer Do Hong Quan.

People's Artist Quoc Hung, a female monochord artist, continued to stay on stage, contributing her monochord playing to the symphony orchestra, creating a performance that left a strong impression on the audience.
People's Artist Bui Cong Duy with his classy violin conquered the audience with the Violin Concerto by composer Felix Mendelssohn. "International superstar" Dimash Qudaibergen performed the two closing pieces "Stranger" and "Adai".

The centerpiece of the concert program is the performance of Beethoven's "Symphony No. 9" - the work known as "The pinnacle of humanity" performed by 200 artists, including 4 soloists: Meritorious Artist Pham Khanh Ngoc, Meritorious Artist Oksana Davydenko, Ninh Duc Hoang Long and Meritorious Artist Talgat Musabaev...
As the leader of the delegation, People's Artist Quoc Hung affirmed: "This is a top-notch scholarly art performance with very smooth and effective coordination between artists from Vietnam and Kazakhstan. Before the show, the artists were quite nervous and tense. But when the music started, everyone joined in with the music, and the nervousness disappeared, giving way to moments of sublimation."
People's Artist Quoc Hung also expressed his emotion when standing on the luxurious stage of the concert at Kazakhstan's largest theater and singing songs inviting friends from all over the world to come to Vietnam.
