Previously, Company 6, Tank Battalion 21 (Armored Brigade 26), many times did not complete its tasks well, affecting the results of building a clean and strong Party cell. Captain Bui Xuan Vinh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Captain of Company 6, said that the Party Committee and Party Cell discussed and assessed the cause because many times the resolutions were general, and the assignment of cadres and Party members was not specific. To overcome this problem, implementing the Party directive of the Brigade, the Party Cell deployed the construction of the "Victory Crew" model with the following criteria: 100% of crew members have strong political will, strictly follow discipline; crew members are proficient in techniques, tactics, solidarity, unity, coordination, and complete tasks well or better.

The tank crew of the 26th Armored Brigade actively practiced and strived to fulfill the resolution's targets.

As a result, every month in the leadership resolution, the Party cell reviews and clearly points out the responsibilities of each individual and vehicle crew, thereby focusing on leadership efforts to overcome the limitations of each individual and specific vehicle crew. Thanks to that, over the past 5 years, the unit has always completed its tasks well, strictly followed discipline and received commendations from superiors, and the Party cell has excellently completed its tasks. The way of doing things of the Party cell of Company 6 with the model "Victory Vehicle Crew" has been widely disseminated by the Brigade in the unit. Obviously, the Party cell issues resolutions with specific targets and measures and clearly assigns tasks to each cadre and Party member with realistic targets, which is an effective measure to improve the leadership capacity of the Party cell, building a clean and strong Party cell.

The 26th Armored Brigade is a strong combat assault vehicle unit of Military Region 7, with high training intensity and combat readiness. To improve the leadership capacity of Party committees and Party cells, especially in the implementation of resolutions and organizing the implementation of resolutions, the Party Committee of the Brigade directs the dissemination and strict implementation of the Party Charter, especially the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership, and assignment of individual responsibilities. Party committees at all levels develop , supplement and strictly implement regulations and rules in leading all aspects of work.

The Brigade regularly reviews and proactively fosters leadership capacity, skills, and expertise in Party building work for Party committee members, secretaries, and deputy secretaries of Party cells. The training content focuses on improving the capacity to thoroughly grasp and concretize policies and resolutions of higher levels; resolving issues arising at the grassroots level; the content and measures for building a clean and strong Party cell with building a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical"; working methods and styles of cadres and Party members, especially cadres in charge and squad cadres. The Brigade directs the good resolution of working relationships, especially the relationships between leaders and commanders, between collective leadership and individuals in charge, between leaders and subordinates, and between superiors and subordinates.

The Brigade Party Committee regularly and comprehensively builds Party Committees with a reasonable structure of cadres, secretaries, and deputy secretaries of Party cells, along with improving the quality of Party members. Party Committees at all levels perform well in inspection and supervision, focusing on the following contents: implementation of political tasks; compliance with Party principles; cadres in charge of performing duties and tasks. In 2024, Party Committees and Inspection Committees at all levels inspected 9 Party organizations, 17 Party Committee members, and more than 100 Party members. Through inspections, the unit promptly overcame limitations, prevented violations, and promoted strengths and good models in unit building.

Colonel Truong Van Lan shared: "From the practical implementation of Party building work, we have increased the assignment of cadres and Party committee members at all levels to attend activities at Party cells, especially those with limitations; at the same time, we have well organized democratic dialogue activities, forums, meetings, and exchanges; thereby grasping the difficulties, problems, and thoughts of cadres and Party members in Party cells to have practical leadership content and measures."

Implementing many measures, from 2020 to present, in the annual review of Party organizations, the Brigade Party Committee has 96-100% of Party cells completing their tasks well or better, with no Party cells failing to complete their tasks; building many effective models, building well-trained units, strict discipline, high combat readiness, building a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical".
