Ia Bang and Ia Krai Commune Party Committees successfully organized the first congress of delegates.

(GLO)- On August 22, the Party Committees of Ia Bang and Ia Krai communes successfully held their first congresses for the 2025-2030 term. The congress comprehensively assessed the results achieved and set out specific tasks for the new period, determined to help localities make breakthroughs and develop.

* On August 22, the Ia Bang Commune Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of 140 official delegates, representing 485 party members of 39 grassroots party organizations under the Commune Party Committee.

The new Ia Bang commune was established on the basis of merging 3 old administrative units: Adok commune, Ia Pet commune and the old Ia Bang commune, with a natural area of ​​116.24 ^km2 , a population of 31,015 people, the proportion of ethnic minorities accounting for 74.87%.

In the 2020-2025 term, despite many difficulties and challenges, the Party Committees of the three communes before the merger have promoted the spirit of solidarity and strived to achieve many achievements in all fields. In particular, the annual state budget revenue increased by 10-15% or more; the average income per capita reached nearly 50 million VND/year; the Commune Health Station continued to meet national standards; the commune had 4 schools meeting national standards; the rate of people participating in health insurance reached over 90% of the population; 100% of commune-level officials and civil servants had qualifications meeting the prescribed standards; the development of new Party members reached 7%/year...

The congress voted to approve 24 targets for the new term. In particular, the growth rate of product value is expected to reach 8.3%; the total budget revenue in the area by 2030 will reach 15,800 million VND; the average income per capita in the area by 2030 will reach 61 million VND/year. The multidimensional poverty rate by the end of the term will be 1.45%; the commune will strive to meet the new rural standards by the end of the term; the rate of new party members admitted each year will be 3% or more compared to the total number of party members; the Party Committee will strive to be classified as having completed its tasks well or better every year; 90% of its subordinate party cells will have completed their tasks well...

Speaking at the congress, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Dang Vinh Son suggested that the Ia Bang Commune Party Committee continue to innovate the work of Party building and the political system; promote administrative reform, digital transformation; develop agriculture, apply high technology in production, replicate economic development models in the locality; need to soon have a master plan, proactively call for and attract investment and businesses to the area; build new rural areas; review the planning of the transport and irrigation systems, develop infrastructure; strengthen national defense and security.

* On the same day, Ia Krai Commune Party Committee successfully held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030.

Ia Krai commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Ia Krai (old), Ia Khai and Ia To communes. During the 2020-2025 term, the predecessor localities of Ia Krai commune achieved and exceeded most of the targets set out in the Resolution. Party building and political system work have many positive changes. The growth rate of product value in 2025 is estimated at 8.42%; culture and society have made much progress. Average income per capita reached 55.4 million VND/year, an increase of 14.4 million VND compared to 2020. All 3 localities were recognized as meeting new rural standards. National defense and border security were maintained.

The Congress voted to approve 19 key targets for the 2025-2030 term. Of which, the average annual growth rate of product value reached 8.1%; local budget revenue increased by 5%/year; the multidimensional poverty rate decreased to 0.83%/year. Each year, the number of newly admitted party members increased by 3% compared to the beginning of the term. By 2030, 100% of village and hamlet party cells will have a Party Committee and 100% of party cell secretaries will also be village heads.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Nguyen The Vinh acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Party Committee of the commune, and agreed with the groups of tasks, breakthroughs, and solutions set forth by the Congress for the coming term.

The Commander of the Provincial Military Command requested the Party Committee of Ia Krai commune to take drastic actions in the coming time, build a clean and strong Party Committee capable of comprehensive leadership; perfect the streamlined, effective and efficient political system; resolutely transform the mindset of government operations; create breakthroughs in administrative reform and digital transformation; develop sustainable agricultural economy; expand growth space, develop key products and OCOP products; consider culture as a strategic resource and driving force for sustainable development; at the same time, effectively implement national goals on social development; maintain national defense and security, ensure stability for development; promote the role of the Front and mass organizations, and arouse the people's strength.

The Congresses announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key leadership positions of the Party Committees of the communes.

Accordingly, comrade Y Duc Thanh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Ia Bang commune. Comrade Nguyen Thi Lanh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Ia Krai commune.
