Khuat Xa Commune Party Committee organizes the Congress of Delegates for the term 2025

- On July 28, Khuat Xa Commune Party Committee held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Dinh Huu Hoc, Provincial Party Committee member, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended and directed the congress.

Attending the congress were representatives of leaders of a number of provincial party committees and 145 official delegates.

Khuat Xa Commune is a border commune, established on the basis of merging two communes: Khuat Xa and Tam Gia of the old Loc Binh district. The commune Party Committee currently has 37 subordinate Party cells with 490 Party members.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people of Khuat Xa commune have promoted the spirit of solidarity, proactively overcome difficulties, and achieved many important results in all fields. Thereby, achieving and surpassing 29/30 targets of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term.

At the congress, delegates discussed and clarified the results achieved in various fields; proposed directions and solutions to effectively implement the goals and targets in the coming term.

Comrade Dinh Huu Hoc, Provincial Party Committee member, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented flowers to congratulate the Party Executive Committee of Khuat Xa commune for the 2025-2030 term.

Also at the congress, delegates heard the announcement of the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee; Standing Committee; Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Khuat Xa Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, comrade Hoang Van Thuan (previously Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the former Van Quan District) was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Khuat Xa Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the congress, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council praised and highly appreciated the important achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Khuat Xa commune have achieved in the past term.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, he emphasized: Khuat Xa Commune Party Committee needs to continue to maintain the Party's comprehensive leadership role, promote the building and rectification of a clean and strong Party and political system; promote advantages and potentials to develop agricultural and forestry economy, trade, services and tourism, focusing on developing the hill and forest economy; focus on mobilizing investment resources to complete essential infrastructure, especially rural transport infrastructure, irrigation, schools, healthcare, and village cultural houses. Improve the management and operation efficiency of the government, promote administrative reform, apply information technology, digital transformation in providing public services and handling administrative procedures.

During the program, delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the Khuat Xa Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term with 22 targets.

Delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the Khuat Xa Commune Administrative Service Center.
