Offering incense to late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong

(Baoquangngai.vn) - On the afternoon of June 27, within the framework of the Emulation Cluster No. III Conference, including the Internal Affairs Committee of the Provincial Party Committees and the Central Highlands City Party Committees, held in Quang Ngai , delegates visited the Memorial Area and offered flowers and incense to the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong.

Also attending were Head of Department of Local Affairs II, Central Internal Affairs Committee Doan Hong Ngoc; leaders of Internal Affairs Committees of Provincial and Municipal Party Committees in Emulation Cluster No. III; leaders of Internal Affairs Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.

At the Memorial Area in Duc Tan Commune (Mo Duc), the delegation visited, offered incense and flowers to the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong. The delegates together reviewed the life, career and revolutionary activities; at the same time expressed their respect and deep gratitude for the great contributions of Prime Minister Pham Van Dong - a steadfast and exemplary communist, a highly prestigious leader of the Party, State and people; an excellent and close student of President Ho Chi Minh , an outstanding son of the homeland of An Mountain - Tra River.

Leaders of the Internal Affairs Committees of Provincial and Municipal Party Committees under Emulation Cluster No. III offered incense to late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong.

On the same afternoon, the delegation presented 30 gifts, each one a bicycle, to 30 poor students who have overcome difficulties; and 20 gifts to 20 people reintegrating into the community in Mo Duc district. Each gift is worth 1 million VND.

Leaders of Department of Local Affairs II and leaders of the Internal Affairs Committees of Provincial and Municipal Party Committees of Emulation Cluster No. III presented gifts to poor students who overcame difficulties.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Head of the Department of Local Affairs II, Central Internal Affairs Committee Doan Hong Ngoc said that although the value of the gift is not large, it is the heart of the officials and civil servants of the Internal Affairs Committees of the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees in the Emulation Cluster No. III and the supporting benefactors. Hopefully, this gift will contribute to helping students and those reintegrating into the community in Mo Duc district soon overcome difficulties and rise up in life.
