Register to receive citizens periodically in April from 8-18

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a notice on the time, location and registration documents for periodic citizen reception (TCD) in April 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman.

Accordingly, the time for TCD registration is from April 8-18; the location is at the provincial TCD headquarters, No. 2 Phan Luu Thanh, Ward 7, Tuy Hoa City. The dossier includes: Periodic TCD registration form of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; complaint, denunciation, recommendation, reflection according to regulations; authorization letter for complaint (if the person is authorized); document appointing a representative (if the person is appointed as a representative); decision to resolve the first complaint, related documents (in case of second complaint) and other documents related to the content of the complaint, denunciation, recommendation, reflection.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee only considers TCD for cases that have been registered in advance according to the above time.
