Logging into your bank account on another phone is completely allowed, but care must be taken to avoid leaking personal information. Users should use strong passwords with special characters and enable two-factor authentication for added security when logging in from new devices.
Some banks require additional authentication with a CCCD photo, biometrics or facial scan to ensure the correct account owner. Before switching to a new phone, users need to enable the “allow other devices” feature or confirm via the old phone.
Mobile devices should be secured with fingerprint lock, facial recognition or PIN to prevent unauthorized access. Always update your banking app to the latest version to avoid security holes that can be exploited by hackers.
If an unusual transaction is detected, the user must immediately contact the bank's hotline to temporarily lock the account. Although banks do not limit login devices, customers should only use a maximum of 1-2 personal devices to limit the risk of data leakage.
