After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, associated with training, preserving moral qualities and lifestyle; fighting against degradation in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII, XIII) has been thoroughly implemented by agencies and units, continuing to go into depth, achieving high efficiency, many individuals and collectives have been proactive, striving to constantly improve. The contingent of cadres and party members continues to have positive changes in morality, lifestyle, improving political capacity and sense of organization and discipline; practicing thrift, fighting waste; the spirit of self-criticism and criticism has been enhanced; the quality of Party building work has been significantly improved.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Nguyen Quang Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, requested that in the coming time, Party committees and commanders of agencies and units continue to thoroughly grasp and concretize the contents of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo; Directive No. 87-CT/QUTW; Resolution No. 847-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (term XII, XIII). Strengthen direction and improve the quality and effectiveness of the extensive propaganda work on the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in many forms, rich in content; associated with the propaganda of political events, major holidays of the Party, State, Army and localities. Promote the application of information technology, digital transformation and the "Digital Popular Education" movement in performing tasks. Pay attention to directing the development of good models, creative methods and advanced examples; timely summarize, draw lessons, commend and reward typical and advanced collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command commended 8 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the period 2016-2025.
