After the Politburo issued Directive 05, the Central Military Commission Standing Committee issued Directive No. 87 on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the Party Committee and the General Department of Personnel and Organization focused on leading and directing the serious and methodical implementation. Through the implementation of Directive 05, many typical examples, good models, and creative ways of doing things have emerged, with widespread influence in the General Department and the entire army.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien highly appreciated the good models, creative and effective ways of implementing Directive 05 of agencies and units as well as the new contents proposed by enthusiastic and responsible delegates at the conference; at the same time, he affirmed that over the past 10 years, the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has been seriously directed, deployed and implemented by the Party Committee, the General Department's command and Party committees and commanders at all levels, closely following the functions and tasks of the agencies and units; and has had a strong spreading effect.

In order for the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the General Department of Personnel and Organization to continue to go into depth and achieve solid results in the coming time, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to continue to promote propaganda andeducation work to make cadres, party members and the masses deeply aware of the theoretical and practical values ​​of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and the necessity to continue implementing Directive 05 in the new situation...

Lieutenant General Do Van Thien noted that Party committees and commanders at all levels need to strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of Directive 05 to detect early and promptly prevent violations of the law and discipline. Periodically organize preliminary reviews and evaluate the achieved results; promptly commend, reward, propagate and replicate exemplary and advanced models in studying and following Uncle Ho, creating a widespread spread in the General Department and the entire army.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of the General Department of Administrative Procedures commended 24 collectives and 29 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 05.
