In the first 6 months of 2025, the 140th Information Regiment has completed all aspects of its work well. The test results were 100% satisfactory, of which 79.8% were good and excellent; in terms of specialized training, 80.6% were good and excellent.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Le Van Phan praised the efforts, attempts and results that the officers and soldiers of the 140th Information Regiment have achieved in the past time. At the same time, he noted that the Party Committee and the command of the 140th Regiment need to promote the role of cadres at all levels, improve the quality of training evenly and firmly for all subjects, pay attention to taking care of the material and spiritual life of soldiers in conjunction with promoting emulation and reward work, spreading advanced models, contributing to encouraging and motivating officers and soldiers to complete all assigned tasks well. In particular, effectively implementing the movement "Digital Education for the People"; popularizing and improving scientific knowledge, contributing to building a "digital unit".

On this occasion, the 140th Information Regiment launched a peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 / August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2, to welcome the 11th Army Emulation Congress, the 12th Army Corps Party Congress and the 12th Army Party Congress.
