There are still nearly 20 days left until New Year 2025, but the Tet atmosphere is gradually bustling. In particular, the early blooming peach branches make people feel that Tet is very near.

According to Dan Viet reporter, at Quang An flower market (Tay Ho district, Hanoi ), Nhat Tan peach branches were displayed for sale to serve the capital's residents to buy early.

According to traders, peach trees are sold mainly as branches, most of which are peach blossoms.

Small and medium peach branches are sold for 120,000 VND to 200,000 VND, large peach branches are sold for 600,000 - 1 million VND.

Ms. Luu Thi Hau (Tay Ho, Hanoi) said she is selling small peach branches for 120,000 VND to 200,000 VND per branch. As for large branches, the price ranges from 600,000 VND to 1 million VND per branch.

According to Ms. Hoa, at the beginning of the season and also due to the influence of storm No. 3, peaches will be a little more expensive. Her peaches are imported from a peach garden in Phu Thuong ward, Tay Ho district.

Peach branches sold at Quang An market are mostly imported from Nhat Tan peach blossom village, Phu Thuong, have very dark colors, attracting many people to play with peach blossoms for Tet.

The pink color of peach blossoms mixed with the cold air is a characteristic of Hanoi every spring.

Many people took advantage of the early morning rush to buy peach blossoms at Quang An flower market.

People are excited to buy early blooming peach blossoms for Tet.

Not only peach, kumquat is also a type of tree chosen by many people in Hanoi to play Tet.

In flower markets and even regular markets, peach and kumquat trees are sold in many different sizes and prices. Peach trees, wild peach trees, kumquat trees grown in pots, and bonsai trees are all popular with people.

Small traders take care of kumquat trees for sale.

The small kumquat bonsai tree was bought by Ms. Ngoc Anh (Tay Ho) for 350,000 VND. “Today, passing by Quang An flower market, I saw people selling peach and kumquat trees. I was very surprised because it was only 20 days until New Year but there were already peach and kumquat trees for sale. I went in and chose a kumquat tree to buy as a gift,” Ms. Ngoc Anh shared.

The red of peach blossoms and the yellow of kumquats add to the brilliant atmosphere of Tet.

In recent years, in addition to peach and kumquat blossoms, Hanoians also enjoy plum and apricot blossoms.
