Winning Vifotec Award, Da Nang Electricity received Certificate of Merit from the city chairman

3 groups of authors including 16 officers of PC Da Nang were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City on the occasion of Vietnam Science & Technology Day (KHCN) for their achievements in winning 2 second prizes, 1 third prize and 1 consolation prize at the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award 2024 (Vifotec).

The author group of PC Da Nang received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City.

Two projects of PC Da Nang won second prize at Vifotec 2024 including "Research on building a tool to integrate data from the EVN PMIS technical management program and automatically draw lines to initialize the medium-voltage grid base on GIS map" and "Research on designing and manufacturing a simulation kit of the Recloser body and LBS on the medium-voltage grid".

1 project won the third prize of Vifotec 2024 is "Research, calculation and analysis of optimal solutions for managing low-voltage grid output current"; and 1 project won the consolation prize of Vifotec 2024 is "Research and construction of a warning system for power outages at public transformer stations due to circuit breaker tripping via Eoffice chat".

Mr. Le Hong Cuong - Director of PC Da Nang (co-author of two works of PC Da Nang that won the third prize and the consolation prize of Vifotec 2024) said that at PC Da Nang, initiatives and scientific research topics are actively researched, commented on, and refined by authors and groups of authors to create useful products for the company, the electricity industry and the community.

The application of results and achievements in the innovation movement, scientific research, digital transformation idea movement along with the continuous improvement of techniques and application of new technologies in production has contributed to improving the reliability of power supply, improving the quality of power, increasing labor productivity and improving the quality of customer service of PC Da Nang in recent years.

“That comes from the need to improve production and business efficiency, improve the reliability of electricity supply, electricity quality and customer service quality, with the goal of serving the community,” Mr. Le Hong Cuong emphasized.
