Accordingly, the proposed land area for expansion is about 25 hectares, the established Thanh Van Industrial Cluster has an area of 50 hectares, the total area of Thanh Van Industrial Cluster after expansion is 75 hectares. The land area belongs to the administrative boundary of Dong Tien commune (Hiep Hoa). The boundary area, to the north, borders the current residential area; to the south, borders the fields of An Cap village, Hoang An commune; to the west, borders the current residential area on the road to Dong Tien commune People's Committee; to the east, borders National Highway 37.

Units participating in investment in construction and expansion of clusters must ensure the conditions prescribed in Article 9 of Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP dated March 15, 2024 of the Government on management and development of industrial clusters, including: Written commitment not to violate the provisions of law; valid documents on the legal status of enterprises, cooperatives, and organizations proposing to be investors in construction of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters; documents proving the financial capacity of enterprises and cooperatives; documents proving experience, etc.
Interested investors are requested to submit their applications at the Reception and Result Delivery Department of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Hiep Hoa District; via the Online Public Service System (partially) at: https://dichvucong.bacgiang.gov.vn.
