Dawaco implements a performance-based salary system.

DNVN - Da Nang Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Dawaco) announced on September 9th that it had signed an agreement with BrainMark Vietnam to implement the project "Building a performance-based evaluation system (KPI – BSC)".

According to Dawaco General Director Ho Minh Nam, this is a significant event, opening a new phase in the process of human resource management innovation, affirming the strategic vision and strong commitment of the company's leadership in creating a professional, transparent, and efficient working environment.

Dawaco General Director Ho Minh Nam signed an agreement to implement the project "Building a performance-based evaluation system (KPI – BSC)" with representatives from BrainMark Vietnam.

"This system helps each employee maximize their abilities, creativity, and sense of responsibility; it is also a modern management tool for businesses to measure, evaluate, and allocate human resources scientifically , contributing to increased labor productivity, enhanced competitiveness, and sustainable development," Mr. Ho Minh Nam emphasized.

Mr. Nam stated that Dawaco is a pioneer in Vietnam's water supply industry in applying the KPI-BSC evaluation system through cooperation with BrainMark Vietnam (a member of BrainGroup, specializing in consulting and training businesses on developing management systems, BSC-KPI, human resources, business, marketing, and branding...).

Collaborating with BrainMark Vietnam not only provides Dawaco with access to an advanced management tool but also lays the foundation for a comprehensive overhaul of its human resource management system, aiming for a modern and fair compensation mechanism. This is also a groundbreaking solution to link employee rights with work performance.

Immediately after the signing, BrainMark experts introduced the work program and implementation plan for the KPI-BSC system to Dawaco's leadership and middle management team. The content focused on practical issues such as: defining clear goals for each position; linking individual performance indicators with the overall business strategy; and building a transparent compensation mechanism based on actual results.

“This project marks an important starting point in Dawaco’s journey of management innovation. Through the implementation of KPI – BSC, we expect to build a transparent and efficient work culture, contributing to improving the quality of water supply services and consolidating our position as a leading enterprise in the clean water supply sector in the Central region,” Mr. Ho Minh Nam emphasized.
