DTO - Determining administrative reform (AR) as one of the key tasks of the Party and State, in recent times, Lap Vo district has implemented it synchronously with the aim of improving the quality of management, operation, and service to the people of state administrative agencies. In addition, it continues to pay attention to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform models such as: the model "Citizens do not write" at the Reception and Result Delivery Department of districts and communes, towns; the model "Office Civilization Team" in Lap Vo district; the model "Directly go to handle death registration, permanent residence deletion and burial fees at home for families who unfortunately have relatives who passed away in Hoi An Dong commune"; the model "Promoting flexibility in supporting the settlement of administrative procedures for citizens using level 3, 4 public services and returning results at home in the field of household registration in Tan My commune". Thereby, creating trust for people when coming to contact to handle administrative work.
In order to create a habit of using online public services, the district has strengthened propaganda and guidance for people to know, register accounts and use online public services. In particular, the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the district set an example in registering for electronic citizen accounts and using these accounts to carry out personal administrative procedures.
In addition, the District People's Committee directed sectors and localities to regularly inspect, review and urge agencies, units and commune-level People's Committees to effectively implement the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system; the rate of timely settlement of records on the system reached 98% or more and the rate of online public service records reached 50% or more.
In the first 9 months of 2023, the district's online public service implementation rate reached 75.1%; administrative procedure settlement progress reached 87.26%; publicity and transparency reached 82.7%; satisfaction level of people and businesses reached 95.7%...
In recent times, the district has focused on deploying and upgrading information technology infrastructure. Up to now, 100% of officials and civil servants have computers to use. At the same time, promptly deploy provincial documents related to digital government; ensure information security. The implementation status of the province's shared software: iDesk document management; electronic one-stop shop; reporting; assignment; digital certificate; provincial official email; tax payment using digital signatures online; 100% of outgoing and incoming documents. In addition, the district focuses on reforming the organizational apparatus; reforming the civil service regime; reforming public finance...
