Strengthening propaganda for party congresses at all levels, the 19th Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress towards the 14th National Party Congress

The Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has just issued guidelines for ideological work and propaganda for party congresses at all levels, the 19th Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress towards the 14th National Party Congress.

In particular, the Provincial Propaganda Department requested localities and units to step up propaganda to make cadres, party members and people of all walks of life fully and deeply aware of the meaning, role and importance of party congresses at all levels in accordance with Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Plan No. 212 dated July 9, 2024 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on implementing party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, to prepare well and successfully organize party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. The organization of propaganda activities for party congresses at all levels, the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party must ensure comprehensiveness, objectivity, quality, practicality, thrift, and no ostentation or formality; attach importance to orienting and organizing the collection of opinions from all walks of life on draft documents submitted to Party congresses at all levels; actively protect the Party's ideological foundation; proactively prevent and promptly and effectively combat activities that take advantage of giving opinions to disseminate incorrect, hostile, distorted, negative information and viewpoints that sabotage our Party, State and regime.

Regarding the content, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested propaganda on Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought; the glorious historical tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam , Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee over 95 years; the strong development of the Party through congresses; propaganda on the application and creative development of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought; the goal of national independence and socialism; the Party's renovation policy and the principles of Party building and implementation of the Party's Charter; the great victories and achievements of historical significance of the country and Khanh Hoa province after 40 years of renovation, contributing to making "Our country has never had such a foundation, potential, position and international prestige as today"; the opportunities, challenges and historical responsibilities of the Party to lead the country forward in the new era.

Propagating the meaning, importance, goals and tasks of Party congresses at all levels; draft documents submitted to Party congresses at all levels, the 19th Provincial Party Congress, the 14th National Party Congress ; important and outstanding activities and results of Party congresses at all levels, the 19th Provincial Party Congress, the 14th National Party Congress, major orientations on building a clean and strong Party and political system, socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security; programs and plans to implement Congress resolutions; advantages, limitations and lessons learned in directing and successfully organizing Party congresses at all levels. Propagating major holidays, anniversaries and events of the country and Khanh Hoa province in 2025; patriotic emulation movements, practical works to welcome Party congresses at all levels; new factors, typical advances in all areas of social life. The feelings and aspirations of cadres, party members and people towards the Party, the 19th Provincial Party Congress, the 14th National Party Congress...

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department noted that propaganda for party congresses at all levels must affirm and highlight achievements over 40 years of renovation, especially in the fields of: Socio-economics, national defense, security, foreign affairs, Party building, political system building, anti-corruption and negativity work... of the country, the province and localities, units; difficulties, limitations, causes, lessons learned after 5 years of implementing resolutions of party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the implementation of the Platform for national construction in the transitional period to socialism (supplemented and developed in 2011), the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks in the coming term...

During the organization of Party Congresses at all levels, the 19th Provincial Party Congress, and the 14th National Party Congress, it is necessary to focus on propagating the strict observance of speech discipline among cadres and Party members; the work of combating and refuting false, distorted, and anti-Party and State viewpoints and information, and the work of preparing and organizing Party Congresses at all levels; denying the Platform, guidelines, and personnel of the Congress; fake, bad, poisonous, fabricated, and distorted information on social networks and the Internet; and firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation. Propagating the preparation work for Party Congresses at all levels, units and localities; propagating the guidance, contents and preparation work for Party Congresses at the grassroots level, especially organizing model congresses; achievements, difficulties, limitations, lessons learned after 5 years of implementing resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term, Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the implementation of the Platform for National Construction in the Transitional Period to Socialism (supplemented and developed in 2011), the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021 - 2030... Next, from April to May 31, 2025, propaganda for Party Congresses and grassroots Party cells; from June to July 31, 2025, propaganda for Party Congresses at district level and equivalent; from September 2025 to December 2025, focus on ideological work and propaganda for the 19th Provincial Party Congress; From December 2025 to the end of March 2026, focus on promoting the 14th National Party Congress...
