Mr. Nguyen Thien Nhan said that we "have the right to be proud of that" when the Party and State's policies demonstrate humanity and investment for the future. According to the delegate, when this policy is approved by the National Assembly , it needs to be widely announced.

According to the delegate of Ho Chi Minh City, exempting tuition fees will reduce the financial burden for many families, demonstrating the humanity and thriftiness of the Party and State in the context of many difficulties to take care of future generations.

"Reducing the financial burden of not having to pay tuition fees will help people consider whether to have more children or not, aiming to encourage families to have two children, so that by 2045 Vietnam will not lack labor," said delegate Nguyen Thien Nhan.

Delegate Trinh Minh Binh ( Vinh Long Delegation) assessed that the draft resolution on tuition exemption and support for preschool children and primary school students this time continues to clearly affirm the State's commitment to the right to education of citizens, especially children in disadvantaged areas, ethnic minorities, poor and near-poor households.

According to Mr. Binh, this policy reflects the educational principle of our country, education for people, serving the people. At the same time, it contributes to realizing social justice in access to education.

In the context of many socio-economic fluctuations, tuition exemption and support is a timely and practical solution to help millions of families stabilize their lives and feel secure in sending their children to school. "This policy is especially meaningful at levels of education where dropouts are high, such as middle school and high school," said Mr. Binh.

In particular, in the field of preschool education, according to delegate Trinh Minh Binh, exempting tuition fees will be an important lever to help increase the rate of mobilizing children to attend class and maintain student numbers, contributing to shortening the educational gap between regions, between rural and urban areas.

This policy also contributes to building social trust in the education system, clearly demonstrating the leading role of the State in the education sector and strengthening the connection between people and the national education system.
