SACA has a new president

On May 22, the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Construction and Building Materials (SACA) successfully held its 9th term congress (2025-2030).

Mr. Dinh Hong Ky - Chairman of the Board of Directors of SECOIN Joint Stock Company was elected as Chairman of SACA for the 9th term, replacing Mr. Le Viet Hai - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoa Binh Construction Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Le Viet Hai emphasized that during the 8th term (2021 - 2025), SACA has gone through many unprecedented challenges, from the profound and negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic to the serious impact of the global economy ... But it is in that context that the role of connection, cooperation, sharing of knowledge and experience, solidarity, mettle and collective intelligence of SACA is more strongly affirmed.

After 34 years of formation and development, SACA now has nearly 500 official members.

Mr. Tran Hoang Quan, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City, emphasized that over many terms, especially the 13th term, it has been successful with many in-depth activities, practical values, connecting members, sharing cooperation, improving the quality of SACA.
