Turkish businesses urged to boost business and investment in Vietnam

On July 14, within the framework of the 56th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting (AMM-56) taking place in Jakarta, Indonesia, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son met with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

* Earlier, on the evening of July 13, at a brief meeting with Norwegian Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt, the two sides highly appreciated the friendly cooperative relationship between the two countries; agreed to increase delegation exchanges at all levels and closely coordinate in promoting bilateral trade and investment.

The Norwegian Minister expressed his willingness to support Vietnam in energy transition and climate change response. The two sides also agreed to strengthen coordination at regional and international mechanisms and forums.
