The examination board studies the marking guidelines, organizes discussions and agrees on the marking content for each question. Particularly appreciates and encourages articles that have new, profound and convincing perspectives and solutions to argumentative issues; have creative presentations, strong arguments; are coherently expressed, rich in images and emotions.

The detailing of the content and component scores in the sentences is agreed upon by the marking team; however, the scores of the components, sentences and the entire essay will not be changed. The overall score is the sum of the scores of the sentences, not rounded and calculated to the nearest 0.25 points.

I. READING COMPREHENSION (2.0 points)

- Candidates can perceive, explain and express different views on the meaning of memories to each person's life. However, all perceptions, explanations and expressions of personal views must adhere to the requirements of the topic, in accordance with cultural and ethical standards and legal regulations.

- Memories are memorable things, events, activities... that are kept in memory, recalled, found or recreated.

- The meaning of memories is the values, impacts, and positive influences of memories on each person's life.

2. Discussion
