To let learning and following Uncle Ho permeate and spread

Hoang Hoa district leaders awarded certificates of merit to outstanding collectives in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo .

In order for the learning and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to permeate the thinking and working style of each cadre and party member, Hoang Hoa District Party Committee attaches special importance to the dissemination and study of Directive No. 05-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo. In the period of 2016-2025, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee held 12 online conferences and directly studied the full-term and annual topics. After the district-level conference, 100% of the Party Committees, subordinate Party cells, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations developed study plans and implemented the topics with specific content and tasks, close to the characteristics and situation of each agency and unit. In 10 years, the whole district has opened 899 classes with nearly 70,890 participants. 100% of Party committees, grassroots Party cells and each cadre, Party member, civil servant and public employee registered to follow Uncle Ho's example in conjunction with carrying out the political tasks of each agency, unit and the professional tasks of each individual.

In order for cadres, party members and people to clearly understand the content, value and great significance of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, propaganda work has been carried out by Hoang Hoa district in many forms, ensuring comprehensiveness and focus. Many forms of propaganda have been smoothly combined such as oral propaganda, visual agitation, radio broadcasting, organizing cultural and artistic activities, competitions, etc. The propaganda content is rich, comprehensive, concise, easy to remember, easy to understand, easy to implement, enhancing persuasiveness and creating great spread in society. In the period of 2016-2025, the whole district has hung 6,000 banners, 330 large-sized billboards, hundreds of posters at the headquarters of agencies, units, and densely populated areas. The District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department coordinated with the District Youth Union Standing Committee and the districteducation sector to organize extracurricular talks on the topic "Uncle Ho with the youth, Hoang Hoa youth following Uncle Ho's words" for more than 5,000 cadres, teachers and students of high schools; issued 16,240 handbooks "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" for cadres and party members throughout the district. Teaching Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's ideology was also given special importance. The District Political Center opened 633 classes with 64,432 participants, contributing to improving the qualifications, political capacity and working methods of cadres and party members, especially the younger generation.

In the process of implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, Hoang Hoa district has had many creative ways of doing things, typically linking the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW with the building of models or typical actions of each Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations. Notable examples include the Fatherland Front with the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; the Farmers' Association with the movement "Good farmers in production and business"; the Youth Union with the movement "Shocking, building and protecting the Fatherland"; the Labor Federation with the movement "Good workers, creative workers"... In particular, the model "Friendly government serving the people" has been implemented by 100% of communes and towns, contributing to creating and strengthening the close and friendly relationship between the government and the people. Through emulation movements and campaigns, more and more cadres, civil servants and public employees have actively innovated their working style, dedicated and responsible to their work and to the people, and have been trusted and respected by the people. Recognizing the contributions of organizations and individuals to the overall development of the district over the past 10 years, the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, towns, agencies and units have commended and rewarded 422 collectives and 656 typical advanced individuals. The Chairman of the District People's Committee commended and honored 66 collectives and 86 typical individuals. 8 collectives and 14 individuals were also awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Studying and following Uncle Ho's shining and noble example is also the process of reaching the goals of continuous development. For that reason, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has selected and identified key, key, breakthrough issues associated with the district's political tasks to direct implementation. Typically, making a breakthrough in developing technical infrastructure, focusing on traffic infrastructure, the whole district has completed 42.88/52.78km of roads with a scale of 4 lanes or more (reaching 81.2% of the plan). Making a breakthrough in developing large-scale agriculture, applying high technology, clean agriculture, many targets have exceeded the set plan such as: The target of large-scale production in livestock, crop cultivation and aquaculture has reached 917ha so far (reaching 104.2% of the plan); The target for the area of cultivation and aquaculture certified to meet VietGAP, organic or equivalent standards is 324.5 hectares (162.3% of the plan); the total number of high-tech offshore fishing vessels is 55 (183.3% of the plan). Regarding the New Rural Development Program, the whole district has 13 communes meeting advanced New Rural standards, 6 communes meeting model New Rural standards, 116/243 model villages and residential groups, 57 communes, agencies and units meeting model standards.

After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has become an emulation movement of the entire people, a way of thinking and acting of each individual. Thereby, it has aroused internal strength and solidarity in implementing emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of the set goals and tasks, bringing Hoang Hoa to develop strongly.
