According to the draft, the list of statistical indicators for the Construction industry includes 4 groups: 1- Construction investment activities; 2- Urban, rural development and technical infrastructure; 3- Housing, real estate and offices; 4- Construction materials.
In which, the construction investment activities group includes: Total number of newly started construction works in the area; total number of construction permits granted; number of works violating construction order regulations in the area; total number of construction incidents; total number of works approved for acceptance and put into use; total number of technical incidents causing occupational safety loss in construction works; total number of occupational accidents in construction works; total number of deaths due to occupational accidents in construction works; total number of people injured due to occupational accidents in construction works; construction price index.
The urban, rural development and technical infrastructure group includes: Number of urban areas; coverage rate of urban zoning and detailed planning; rural construction planning rate; urban land area; total water supply capacity; clean water loss and revenue loss rate; total industrial park wastewater treatment capacity; ratio of traffic land area to urban construction land...
Housing, real estate and office groups include: Number of houses, area of existing and used public housing; total number of houses completed in the year; total area of houses according to completed projects in the year; total number of houses and total area of social housing completed in the year; transaction price index of some types of real estate; index of real estate transaction quantity.
The People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities assign the Department of Construction as the focal agency in the locality responsible for collecting and synthesizing statistical information in the area to serve the calculation of statistical indicators in the Construction Industry Statistical Indicator System.
Directing Departments, branches, offices, divisions and other specialized agencies under their management authority to collect and synthesize statistical information in the assigned areas and provide it to the State management agency of the Construction sector at the same level.
