The benchmark score of grade 6 of Cau Giay Secondary School and a series of "key schools" increased the highest by 2.75

Cau Giay Secondary School announced the benchmark scores for grade 6 last night with 60/71.5 points.

This score is calculated according to the formula: Test score of three subjects: Math, Vietnamese, English x 2 + academic score + priority score.

Last year, the school's benchmark was 58.5.

Nam Tu Liem Secondary School also increased the benchmark score for grade 6 compared to 2023. Accordingly, the school took 54 points in the first round. Last year, the benchmark score in the first round was 51.25, the benchmark score in the second round was 50.9. The increase is 2.75 points.

This year, the Foreign Language Secondary School's admission score is 26/40. The admission score is the sum of three exam scores: natural science and math, social science and Vietnamese, English (coefficient 2).

The exam format and score structure of each entrance exam for grade 6 of Foreign Language Secondary School are different from 2023. The maximum score of last year's exam was 80, the admission score was 48. In terms of the ratio of admission score to maximum score, this year's standard score to enter the school increased by 0.5%.

On the contrary, Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary School and Thanh Xuan Secondary School had a slight decrease in benchmark scores.

This year, Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary School set a benchmark score of 25, 0.25 lower than in 2023.

Similarly, Thanh Xuan Secondary School set a benchmark score of 51.4, lower than the 2023 benchmark of 53.75.

Currently, two other high-quality secondary schools in Hanoi , Chu Van An (Long Bien) and Le Loi (Ha Dong), have not announced their admission scores.

In the 2024-2025 school year, grade 6 of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School must stop enrolling students according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training . Therefore, the increase in benchmark scores at high-quality schools was predicted.
