The Admissions Council of the People's Police University has just announced the cut-off scores for the supplementary admission round for new full-time undergraduate students in 2025 for citizens who already have a university degree or higher .

The admission scores for the supplementary round are as follows:

Accordingly , the admission score is calculated on a 100-point scale , including the scores of the two corresponding subjects in the VB2CA exam , regional and preferential treatment points, and bonus points converted to a 100-point scale. The regional and preferential treatment points and bonus points of the candidate decrease progressively if the candidate achieves a total score of 75 or higher in the two subjects .

Previously, on July 21st, the Admissions Council of the People's Police University announced the admission scores for the 2025 entrance examination for new undergraduate students with a university degree or higher . In this round, the admission score was the sum of the scores from the Ministry of Public Security 's assessment test, converted to a 30-point scale and rounded to two decimal places, plus regional and subject-specific priority points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and bonus points as stipulated by the Ministry of Public Security.

In April, the People's Police University announced the recruitment of 290 new students for its undergraduate program in 2025, for citizens who already hold a university degree or higher. Besides direct admission, the university will also conduct an entrance exam with a minimum score of 50 points or higher on a 100-point scale, based on the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test, and without any failing grades in any section, in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Training's admission regulations.

The announcement from the People's Police University also stated that to register for the entrance exam, candidates must have graduated from a university in engineering, natural sciences , computer science, or information technology. Notably, candidates must have a graduation ranking of average or higher, an average score of at least "good" in all graduation exams or specialized courses, or a graduation thesis (or graduation project or internship report) with a passing grade or higher.
