In 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) plans to enroll students in 6 ways, including: Considering the results of the 2026 high school graduation exam, considering the results of the 2026 capacity assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University, considering the results of the 2026 V-SAT computer-based university entrance exam, considering the transcript based on the average score of 3 subjects in grade 12, considering the transcript based on the average score of the entire grade 12 year and considering the combination of high school exam scores and high school transcript scores.
In which, the admission method combining high school exam scores and high school transcript scores is the new method of 2026.

HUTECH admitted students complete admission procedures for 2025
Admission score for this method is calculated according to the formula: Admission score = (High school exam score + High school transcript score)/2.
In addition, HUTECH plans to organize the V-SAT 2026 computer-based university entrance exam on March 22.
In 2025, in the admission method based on the results of the high school graduation exam, HUTECH's benchmark score will range from 15 to 19 points (depending on the major). Of which, the benchmark score for pharmacy is 19 points; nursing and medical laboratory technology is 17 points; the remaining majors have a benchmark score of 15 points.
For the admission method based on high school transcripts, the standard score for pharmacy is 21 points; nursing and medical laboratory technology is 19 points; and the remaining majors are 18 points.
Fake e-HUTECH appears
In early December 2025, HUTECH Technology Management Center discovered the appearance of many fake versions of e-HUTECH on APKPure and some third-party download repositories.
The school confirmed that this is not an application developed by the school and poses many serious risks to users' information security.
These fake applications may contain malicious code, leading to the risk of e-HUTECH account hijacking, distorting learning or teaching data. More seriously, users may have their personal information such as full name, student ID or staff ID, email and learning and work data leaked. If the device has saved logins to platforms such as Gmail, Facebook, Zalo, LMS or e-wallets, account theft is also entirely possible.
The school recommends that all staff, lecturers, employees and students absolutely do not download the e-HUTECH application from APKPure, Uptodown, APKCombo or unofficial application stores.Source: https://nld.com.vn/mot-truong-dh-o-tphcm-du-kien-tuyen-sinh-6-phuong-thuc-196251208140842822.htm
