At the meeting, the representative of the consulting unit (Simon - Kucher Company from Dubai, UAE) presented an overview of the draft Tourism Development Strategy of Khanh Hoa province for the period 2025 - 2030, with a vision to 2045. The consulting unit assessed that the potential for tourism in the province is still very large. If the right levers for products, brands and image promotion are activated, Khanh Hoa can completely achieve the goal of welcoming 31.6 million visitors by 2030. Accordingly, the consulting unit proposed to prioritize 6 strategies: Positioning Khanh Hoa province to become a leading tourism center based on iconic symbolic areas and world- class experiences; building and promoting the province's tourism brand; strengthening air, sea and digital connections to ensure seamless access for tourists, facilitating integrated mobility; Enhancing the entire tourist experience journey through cooperation, developing tourism human resources and providing digitalized services; mobilizing partnerships, preferential policies, financial mechanisms to finance projects and attract investment in sustainable tourism; promoting smart governance, data-driven decision-making and transparent destination management... This is considered an orientation framework, from which to deploy 58 component tasks to realize the province's new tourism vision and ambition.
