The program is jointly organized by Viet Trung Service and Tourism Company, My Duc Foreign Language Center, and 3H Chinese. These are three pioneering units in connecting training, orienting study abroad and expanding job opportunities for students and workers in the Central Highlands region.
Dr. Truong Cong Le Hoang, Director of Viet Trung Service and Tourism Company, representative of the Organizing Committee, said that the workshop is expected to become an effective bridge between training institutions, businesses with learners and workers with Chinese proficiency in Hue city and the Central region. The Organizing Committee hopes to form a multi-dimensional connection network, helping young people have a clearer orientation in their studies and careers, especially in the context of the increasing demand for human resources using Chinese in many fields.
The event attracted many large Chinese training institutions such as Beijing Capital Normal University, Southwest University, Guangxi Normal University, Changsha University of Technology, etc. to send documents introducing training programs and scholarships, including admission requirements, training programs and many types of full and partial scholarships suitable for each group of majors. This is also an opportunity for students to directly exchange with other schools about the learning environment, internship and employment opportunities and support policies for international students. Domestic and foreign enterprises also introduced, consulted, and answered questions from employees about the need to recruit personnel fluent in Chinese, giving attendees a visual view of the labor market needs.

Students also participate in interactive activities and games to learn about the necessary preparations and knowledge when studying or working in China, as well as when applying to Chinese-invested enterprises.
Nguyen Hoang Khanh Vy, a 12th grade student from Hue city, is interested in Chinese Pedagogy. At the program, she was able to ask questions directly about the school and understand more clearly about admission requirements as well as scholarships. This helps her feel more confident when planning to study abroad.
For students studying Chinese in Hue, the event opened up many practical job opportunities, finding suitable internships or jobs after graduation. Many parents also appreciated the seminar for providing transparent and reliable information in the context of many unverified study abroad channels.
The second international conference “Work and Study Abroad in China” in Hue is expected to continue to be a platform to support local youth in accessing knowledge, building a valuable network of connections, thereby orienting a more solid future of study and career in the context of integration.
