Dien Bien Phu - History and Memories was compiled by Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, Vietnam Historical Science Association and National Political Publishing House Truth, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).
