Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force Forum listens to opinions from agencies, businesses and people

On October 5, the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC&CNCH) of the Provincial Police organized the forum "PCCC&CNCH Police Force listens to opinions of agencies, businesses and people" in 2023. The forum attracted about 150 agencies, businesses and people to attend.

In recent years, the coordination between the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force with agencies, businesses and people in the mass movement of Fire Prevention and Rescue and the implementation of legal regulations on Fire Prevention and Rescue has always been considered important; especially the coordination in fire fighting and rescue work.

In 2023, the police force proactively coordinated with the facilities to organize 44 fire fighting and rescue drills, in which it chaired and advised the Provincial People's Committee to successfully organize 2 provincial-level fire fighting and rescue drills at Rong Ninh Binh market and Regis Vietnam Co., Ltd. Organized 45 fire fighting drills for residential areas with Fire Safety Inter-family Teams. Through the drills, the forces improved their ability to handle fire and explosion situations, accidents and incidents that may occur.

In addition, the Fire Police force actively propagates and mobilizes people to participate in the mass fire prevention movement; strengthens inspection, examination and handling of violations of fire prevention and fighting; resolves administrative procedures in fire prevention and fighting...

Thanks to that, the fire and explosion situation in the province is ensured, the fire and explosion incidents are promptly handled; since the beginning of the year, there have been no major fires and explosions in the province, no human casualties, and no increase in the number of fires. Thereby, contributing to ensuring security and order, creating maximum conditions to promote production, business and socio -economic development of the locality.

Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force Forum listens to opinions from agencies, businesses and people — Many fire prevention and rescue drills have been carried out.

With a frank and open spirit, at the forum, representatives of agencies and enterprises focused on exchanging and contributing ideas on fire prevention and fighting work and coordination between agencies and enterprises with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force in 2023; advantages, difficulties and proposed solutions in implementing fire prevention and fighting regulations; the spirit and attitude of officers and soldiers when contacting and working with agencies, enterprises and people.

All comments from representatives of agencies, businesses and people at the forum were received, explained and clarified by the leaders of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Provincial Police.

Through the forum, the Police force will gain experience, promptly overcome and correct shortcomings in the State management of fire prevention and fighting and the coordination in implementing measures to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety between the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police and agencies, businesses and people in the province; propose solutions and measures to better perform fire prevention and fighting tasks.

At the same time, update, supplement and disseminate new documents and knowledge on fire prevention and fighting to representatives of agencies, businesses and people to clearly see their rights, obligations and responsibilities for fire prevention and fighting and rescue work, contributing to reducing the causes of fire and explosion incidents.

On this occasion, 26 units were recognized by the Provincial Police Director as typical examples in the movement of the whole people participating in fire prevention and fighting in 2023.

After the forum, representatives of the participating units were instructed on how to use fire-fighting tools and equipment, and deploy some basic fire-fighting and rescue formations.
