The incident response scenario was as follows: Nuclear Medicine staff separating radioactive drugs discovered a broken I-131 bottle, possibly contaminated with radioactive substances, in the dose separation room. The relevant departments and people activated the handling plans according to the procedure.
Through theoretical training combined with practical exercises, medical staff have more knowledge to properly implement nuclear radiation incident handling procedures, ensuring radiation safety.
In addition, the training session is also an opportunity for staff to exchange and share experiences in the actual working process, thereby improving the capacity to ensure safety in practice, research and equipment operation.

Radiation safety is not only a legal requirement but also an ethical responsibility in diagnosis, treatment and scientific research. Maintaining regular training programs is an important step in building a safe and professional working environment in hospitals.
On this occasion, the Hospital also organized additional training on knowledge of the Law on Atomic Energy and radiation safety in responding to radiation incidents.
