Under the agreement, Goldwind will transfer the entire BESS system manufacturing technology to GG Industries, and provide a production line with a design capacity of 5 GWh/year, serving energy storage applications for industrial, commercial and grid sectors.

The line achieves 92% automation, allowing for high levels of quality control, meeting stringent international standards for safety, performance and reliability, as well as the growing global market demand for energy storage solutions.

The production line project will be deployed at Industrial Park No. 5, Xuan Truc Commune, Hung Yen Province. GG Industries is expected to start trial production from January 2026 and commercial operation from March 2026. The final product of the factory is a complete BESS system under the brand name GG Power, targeting industrial, commercial and grid-scale projects in the country, and is ready for export.

In addition to supplying the production line, Goldwind also commits to providing long-term technical support to GG Industries, including training of engineering staff, operation and maintenance support, optimizing production processes and updating future technological improvements. This accompaniment aims to ensure the production line operates stably and is continuously upgraded according to the development trend of the energy storage industry in the world .

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Bui Xuan Binh, Chairman and General Director of GG Industries, emphasized: "The technology transfer agreement with Goldwind is a strategic step to help GG Industries master BESS production technology, move towards localizing the energy storage equipment supply chain, reduce dependence on imports, and at the same time enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises in the global clean energy value chain."

“This is a very important moment - not only for GG Industries, for Goldwind, but also for the entire BESS market in Vietnam,” affirmed Mr. YanTian Pan, Chairman of Goldwind Carbon Neutral.

This agreement is considered to make an important contribution to the goal of developing the energy storage industry in Vietnam, supporting the energy transition process, improving the flexibility and operational safety of the power system, and opening up new opportunities for Vietnamese enterprises to participate more deeply in the global supply chain in the clean energy sector.

GG Industries is a Vietnamese enterprise operating in the energy industry, specializing in energy storage solutions (BESS), electrical equipment and green technology. The company aims to develop an ecosystem of manufacturing-integrating-deploying a complete set of storage solutions for industry, commerce and grid under the brand name GG Power, with the goal of mastering core technology, localizing the supply chain and gradually building export capacity.
