
The 2025 Cultural Forum for Enterprises, organized by the Organizing Committee of the Campaign to Build Vietnamese Corporate Culture in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Hanoi People's Committee, will take place on December 21 in Hanoi.
The new point this year is that the Vietnam Business Culture Development Association in collaboration with the Hanoi Small and Medium Enterprises Association will announce the Set of Vietnamese Business Culture Values in the new era.
Mr. Le Tan Phuoc, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Association for the Development of Corporate Culture, head of the document drafting team, emphasized: In the context of global integration, Vietnamese enterprises participate in investing in large international markets, the set of criteria needs to be adjusted extensively to be consistent with the resolutions of the Central Committee and the direction of the Government. The set of Vietnamese Corporate Culture Values is built to suit enterprises, selectively adapted, and preserves the identity of Vietnamese business culture in the era of digital economy and artificial intelligence.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Cung, Chairman of the Vietnam Cement Association, said that breakthrough thinking in the new era needs to be clearly demonstrated in business culture. The culture of cooperation in competition, especially between associations and Vietnamese enterprises, plays an important role in helping enterprises develop sustainably, maintain prestige and compete fairly in the international market. Respecting credibility in corporate culture and in the business community will promote business development and enhance the strength of cooperation in competition.
Regarding the certification of "Enterprises meeting Vietnamese business culture standards", Mr. Ho Anh Tuan, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Campaign to Build Vietnamese Business Culture, Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Developing Business Culture, said that in four times of honoring, the organizing committee has honored 74 qualified enterprises. This year, the deadline for submitting documents ends on November 22, the organizing committee still receives and reviews to award the certificate of Enterprises meeting Vietnamese business culture standards 2025. Mr. Ho Anh Tuan affirmed that quantity is not a priority but quality is the top criterion. The certification is valid for three years and enterprises wishing to continue to be recognized must resubmit their application for review. Honoring the collective of enterprises aims to affirm the value of corporate culture in the community.
With the theme “Vietnamese Business Culture - Shaped from Breakthrough Thinking in the New Era”, this year’s Business Culture Forum includes two thematic discussions: “Identifying Breakthrough Thinking in the New Era that Impacts Vietnamese Business Culture”; “Shaping and Developing Vietnamese Business Culture from Breakthrough Thinking in the New Era”.
Within the framework of the forum, the organizing committee will award state-level awards to outstanding enterprises; announce and award certificates of "Enterprises meeting Vietnamese business culture standards" in 2025 and honor units actively participating in the campaign to build Vietnamese corporate culture.
