Nha Trang City People's Committee has just sent a document to the Urban Management Department, the Department of Culture and Information, and the People's Committees of Vinh Nguyen and Vinh Truong wards about the plan to collect community opinions on the Detailed Planning Project (scale 1/500) of Vinpearl Phu Quy Residential Area (Vinh Nguyen and Vinh Truong wards, Nha Trang). People have sent their opinions to the City Urban Management Department or the People's Committees of Vinh Nguyen and Vinh Truong wards.

According to the report of Nha Trang City People's Committee, the Vinpearl Phu Quy Residential Area Project area has the following boundaries: The east borders Nha Trang beach; the west borders Tran Phu Street and Vo Thi Sau Street; the south borders An Vien coastal urban area; the north borders Nha Trang Port area. The area of ​​the planning project is about 33.8 hectares. The goal of the project is to concretize the Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) of Nha Trang Port area and vicinity approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 19 dated January 5, 2023.
