Thanh Hoa province's high-level delegation worked with the Union of Vietnamese Organizations and the Association of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation.

During the working program in the Russian Federation, comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the high-ranking delegation of Thanh Hoa province worked with the leadership of the Union of Vietnamese Organizations and the Association of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation.

At the working session, on behalf of the leaders of Thanh Hoa province, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh was pleased to meet representatives of two Vietnamese organizations that play a very important and core role in uniting and gathering the Vietnamese community in the Russian Federation, contributing to fostering the friendship between the people of Vietnam and the Russian Federation.

The Provincial Party Secretary respectfully thanked the Union's Board of Directors and the Association for supporting and creating favorable conditions for Thanh Hoa province to organize the conference to promote investment, trade and tourism and organize the delegation's activities in the Russian Federation.

The Provincial Party Secretary informed about the province's outstanding socio -economic achievements in recent times, and highly appreciated the contributions of the Vietnamese community in the Russian Federation, including many people from Thanh Hoa, in building and developing the province.

However, according to Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh, although cooperation activities between Thanh Hoa and Russian partners have developed in a number of areas in recent times, they are still limited compared to the potential of both sides. Currently, no Russian investors have directly invested in Thanh Hoa province; export turnover to the Russian market in the first 9 months of 2025 only reached 6.25 million USD, equal to 0.12% of the province's total export turnover; the number of Russian tourists to Thanh Hoa in the first 9 months only reached 1.75% of the total number of international tourists to Thanh Hoa.

Therefore, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh proposed that the Board of Directors of the Union and the Association and its partners visit and work in Thanh Hoa province to implement cooperation activities between the two sides. Support the province in connecting and introducing Russian enterprises interested in investment, trade and tourism in Thanh Hoa, especially in the fields of energy, processing, logistics and education. Coordinate to promote the image of Thanh Hoa province in the Russian Federation, through community events, fairs, cultural activities and media information. Promote people-to-people exchanges and friendly cooperation between Thanh Hoa and Russian localities.
