Before the souls of the heroic martyrs, the delegation lit incense, respectfully bowed to remember and express gratitude to those who devoted their youth and sacrificed their blood for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the prosperity and happiness of the people, and prayed for the souls of the heroic martyrs to be reborn in the Pure Land.

Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery is the resting place of more than 1,800 heroic martyrs and a mass grave of martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the fight to protect the northern border of the Fatherland. The feats and names of the heroic martyrs have been engraved in the history of the nation and will forever be remembered in the minds of every generation of Vietnamese people.

Next, the delegation visited and presented gifts to two families of policy beneficiaries in Vi Xuyen commune, Tuyen Quang province. At the families visited, on behalf of the delegation, comrade Nguyen Van Sang, Factory Director, kindly asked about their health and expressed his gratitude and deep appreciation to the families who had contributed to the revolution.
