On the morning of April 28, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh province led by comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, offered incense at the Monument to the Provincial Heroes and Martyrs.
