The monitoring delegation of the Standing Committee of Son La Provincial Party Committee worked in Van Ho district.

On June 18, Supervisory Delegation No. 7 of the Standing Committee of the Son La Provincial Party Committee worked with the Standing Committee of the Van Ho District Party Committee on the preparation and implementation of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; and the rearrangement and reorganization of agencies and units according to the 2-level local government model.

The monitoring delegation was led by Major General Dang Trong Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Son La Provincial Police.

At the meeting, Secretary of Van Ho District Party Committee reported on the overall leadership and direction of the preparation for the Congress for the 2025-2030 term and personnel work to participate in the Party Committees of the communes after the merger.

The Standing Committee of Van Ho District Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress and directive documents from higher levels to all Party cells and grassroots Party committees under the District Party Committee.

In Van Ho district, the plan to arrange and reorganize the apparatus and cadres, civil servants and public employees of the administrative unit after the arrangement and merger includes 4 communes of Van Ho, Xuan Nha, To Mua and Song Khua.

Comrade Nguyen The Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee spoke at the meeting.

The implementation of the arrangement and assignment of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers when arranging administrative units, the implementation of Project No. 17-DA/TU dated May 15, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Son La Provincial Party Committee; the implementation of Project No. 19-DA/TU dated May 19, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee have also been widely and effectively deployed.

Major General Dang Trong Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police, Head of the 7th Inspection Delegation of the Son La Provincial Party Standing Committee, praised Van Ho District Party Committee for arranging Party, government, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations according to the 2-level local government organization model.

Comrade Dang Trong Cuong requested that in the coming time, continue to direct the successful organization of grassroots party cells for the 2025-2030 term (to be completed before June 22); focus on directing the drafting of documents for the drafting of party congress documents of administrative units after the arrangement and merger.

Focus on reviewing and implementing the termination of operations, transferring party organizations and party members and establishing branches and party committees under the commune party committee after the rearrangement; reviewing and checking the plan for arranging working headquarters, facilities and equipment to meet the best conditions for administrative units after the rearrangement and merger to operate stably.

Prepare well the conditions to organize the conference to announce the decisions of Son La province on ending the activities of the district-level party committee, establishing the commune-level party committee, and announcing the decisions according to regulations.
